severe hail storm damage to our home, not the first time, but this time the experience was a world apart from past experiences. This company and specifically credit to Nate Loppnow rep as project manager and their crews did a fantastic job. Knowledgeable, courteous, timely, precision work with care and understanding to the smallest details. Their professionalism helping us deal with inexperienced insurance claim adjustor made a significant difference helping us navigate the process including getting items covered we never thought of to claim. Nate actually was more familiar with insurance and our policy coverage than the adjustor was and helped us navigate thru what was rightfully ours to work thru getting everything taken care of.

Our home was damaged by a tornado on 3/2025. We were almost buried in flyers for construction companies and almost hounded by people knocking on our door. We went with Benchmark because they were very low key and not pushy, as well as very friendly. The repair work they did on our home was exceptional. We did have to wait a couple of months for siding, roof tiles, and gutters to arrive, because every house in this area needed repairs. They stayed in constant touch, and final payment wasn’t asked for until everything was done. I felt like they took personal pride in repairing our house, and we highly recommend.

Great service and experience. We had a hailstorm a few months ago and needed new gutters, roof, windows, and more. Gustavo helped us throughout the project and kept us informed all along the way. We would definitely use Benchmark again!

The entire Benchmark Team did a fantastic job throughout the process. From doing our roof, siding and gutters.

In particular, Sam Guzman as our Project Manager was fantastic to work with. He kept us well informed about schedules and potential weather delays as well as options and cost changes due to findings.

Sam was always available to answer questions and field concerns.

We pretty much have a new home. Great job!

Excellent experience with Benchmark. Specifically with Sam Guzman. I am a first time homeowner and had never had to deal with storm damage. I was hesitant at first because everyone said to avoid the out of town companies but Sam never pushed me into anything. He simply offered a free inspection and to show up when the adjuster did and would walk away if I felt I wanted to go with someone local. I ended up sticking with Sam and Benchmark. His attitude and demeanor is what sold me as well as his expertise. He put in a lot of work on my house and in the end Benchmark ended doing a fantastic job. My roof looks amazing.

Fantastic experience from start to finish with Benchmark. They replaced my roof and siding and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Gustavo was an excellent manager for the entire project and was always available when I had questions. Would recommend this company to anyone needing roof or siding.
